When making an IP call, users first dial the access number 12345, then select a language option and
enter a card number and password as prompted, and finally dial the called number if the card
number/password authentication succeeds.

The configuration procedure does not cover the configurations of route, voice subscriber line, or
called number on the routers.
1. Configure the voice gateway Router A:
