The valid value range is 0 to 65,535. The default is 5,000.
Determines whether RTCP report intervals are randomized or
whether each report interval accords exactly to the parameter
RTCPInterval.
[0] Disable = (Default) Randomize
[1] Enable = No Randomize
Defines the transport layer used for outgoing SIP dialogs
initiated by the device to the RTCP XR Collection Server.

Notes:
When set to [-1], the value of the SIPTransportType
parameter is used.
This parameter is applicable only to the Gateway
application.
Defines the IP address of the Event State Compositor (ESC).
The device sends RTCP XR reports to this server, using SIP
PUBLISH messages, according to Internet-Draft draft-ietf-
sipping-rtcp-summary-13. The address can be configured as a
numerical IP address or as a domain name.
Note: This parameter is applicable only to the Gateway
application.
Determines whether RTCP XR reports are sent to the Event
State Compositor (ESC) and defines the interval at which they
are sent.
[0] Disable = (Default) RTCP XR reports are not sent.
[1] End Call = RTCP XR reports are sent at the end of each
call.
[2] End Call & Periodic = RTCP XR reports are sent at the
end of each call and periodically according to the
RTCPInterval parameter.
Note: This parameter is applicable only to the Gateway
application.
Enables the sending of RTCP XR reports of QoE metrics at
the end of each call session (i.e., after a SIP BYE). The RTCP
XR is sent in the SIP PUBLISH message.
[0] Disable (default)

Note: This parameter is applicable only to the SBC
application.
