Cause
Cannot print borderless for the following reasons.
• Fit Roll Paper Width is not specified in the printer driver.
• Roll paper is not wide enough, or the paper is out of position.
What to Do
• Stopping printing
Tap Cancel on the touch screen to stop printing.
• Printing with a border
Tap Print with border on the touch screen.
Printing with a border is now enabled.
