Attenzione
La casa costruttrice della
pompa freno, considerando
l'importanza in termini di sicurezza
che riveste questo componente,
suggerisce di non intervenire in

nessun modo all'interno della pompa.
Una revisione non eseguita
correttamente può mettere in serio
pericolo l'incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si

devono limitare alla leva di comando,
al gruppo serbatoio con relativi
componenti di fissaggio e al fissaggio
pompa.

Svuotare l'impianto
frenante
Rimuovere la piastra
porta pedana
posteriore destra
Svitare la vite speciale (7) di fissaggio
tubo freno posteriore e recuperare le
rosette (6).
Svitare e rimuovere le viti (12) di
fissaggio pompa freno anteriore (1).
In questo modo si libera la pompa (1)
dalla piastra portapedana.
Smontare dalla piastra portapedana
(A) la molletta (11) sfilandola dall
forcella (10), successivamente svitare
il dado (9) e l'asta (8).
Svitare la vite (23) di fissaggio
serbatoio olio (4).
Rimuovere la pompa completa ed il
serbatoio (4) con tubazione (3).

Warning
Critical safety components. The
brake master cylinder manufacturer
recommends that you do not attempt
to service the internal components of
brake master cylinder. Incorrect
overhaul of this critical safety
component can endanger rider
safety.
Maintenance operations on these
units are limited to replacing: control
lever, reservoir unit, reservoir and
master cylinder fasteners.
Removing the rear brake
master cylinder

Drain the brake circuit

Remove right rear

Tighten the special retaining screw (7)
of the rear brake hose and collect the
washers (6).
Unscrew and remove the retaining
screws (12) of the front brake master
cylinder (1).
This will release the master cylinder
(1) from the footpeg bracket.
Slip the clip (11) off the fork (10) and
take the clip off the footpeg bracket
(A). Unscrew nut (9) and rod (8).
Unscrew the retaining screw (23) of
the fluid reservoir (4).
Remove the complete master
cylinder and the reservoir (4) with the
hose (3).
