Prima del rimontaggio eliminare l'olio
presente sulla molla (14) e sul giunto
molla (13).

Installare i seguenti componenti: la
molla (14), il giunto molla (13), il
distanziale (12) e la rondella (11).
Montare l'attrezzo cod. 88713.0957
usato nello smontaggio nel foro late-
rale del giunto molla (13).
Spingere in basso detto attrezzo
quindi posizionare il distanziale (D)
sotto il controdado della cartuccia
(17).
Rimuovere l'attrezzo cod.
88713.0958.
Avvitare il tappo superiore (10) sulla
cartuccia (17).
Bloccare con chiave esagonale il
registro estensione (E) e serrare il
tappo superiore a 30÷40 Nm.
Rimuovere il distanziale (D)
D
premendo l'attrezzo (C) verso il
basso.
Sollevare il fodero esterno (19) e
17
avvitare il tappo superiore (10) alla
coppia di 30÷40 Nm.
Regolare i registri secondo le
esigenze di guida.

Remove oil from the spring (14) and
the spring collar (13) before
assembling.
Fit the following parts: the spring (14),
the spring collar (13), the spacer (12),
the washer (11).
Fit the tool part no. 88713.0957 -
previously used for removal- into the
spring collar side hole (13).
Push the tool down and position the
spacer (D) under the check nut of the
cartridge (17).
Remove the tool no. 88713.0958.
Tighten the upper plug (10) onto the
cartridge (17).
Lock the rebound adjuster (E) with a
hex. wrench and then tighten the
upper plug to 30-40 Nm.
Push the tool (C) down and remove
the spacer (D).
Lift the outer sleeve (19) and tighten
the upper plug (10) to 30-40 Nm.
Set the adjusters according to riding
needs.
