Smontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Prima di procedere allo smontaggio
dei componenti in questione occorre
rimuovere dal motoveicolo i
particolari riportati di seguito:

posteriore
Rimuovere la
trasmissione
secondaria
Rimuovere la pinza
freno posteriore
Staccare
l'ammortizzatore e il

tirante dal forcellone
posteriore
Con il forcellone (1) ancora montato
sul telaio è possibile verificare il gioco
dei cuscinetti di supporto.
Per fare questo è necessario inserire
il perno forcellone originale, senza
bloccarlo, quindi provare a spostare
nei quattro sensi la parte posteriore
del forcellone.
Uno spostamento anormale è
sintomo di cuscinetti usurati che
possono provocare instabilità del
mezzo.
Svitare le viti (15) che fissano il
paracatena superiore (17) e
rimuovere quest'ultimo.
Svitare il dado (10) e con un apposito
punzone sfilare il perno forcellone (9).
Sfilare il forcellone (1) dalla sua sede
in modo da recuperare la bussola (5).

removing the rear swingarm:

Separate shock
absorber and linkage
from the rear swingarm

Bearing play can be checked with
G 7
swingarm (1) mounted to the frame.
To check play, insert the swingarm
pivot fitted originally but do not
tighten it. Grasp the rear end of the
swingarm and rock it back and forth
and to both sides.
Abnormal movement indicates worn
bearings that may affect motorcycle
stability.
Unscrew the retaining screws (15) of
the upper chain guard (17) and
remove the guard.
Unscrew the nut (10) and extract the
swingarm pivot (9) using the suitable
drift.
Remove the swingarm (1) from its
seat and make sure to collect the
bush (5).
