Rimontaggio impianto
freno posteriore
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni
freno o dello smontaggio di uno dei
componenti dell'impianto freno
posteriore, è necessario fare
particolare attenzione
all'orientamento dei raccordi sulla
pompa e sulla pinza.
Attenzione
Una tubazione mal posizionata
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell'impianto frenante e può

ostacolare le parti in movimento del
LOCK
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.
Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza e
sulla pompa deve essere eseguito
interponendo sul raccordo le apposite
guarnizioni in rame (2).
Dopo aver orientato i raccordi,
bloccare le viti speciali (1) alla coppia
D
prescritta (Sez C 3).
Note
Nelle immagini il forcellone è
rappresentato smontato dal veicolo,
ma le operazioni descritte sono
possibili anche da forcellone montato.
Posizionare la tubazione freno
B
posteriore (4) sotto il forcellone
cablandolo con la fascetta (E) al cavo
del sensore velocità (F).
Stendere il tubo (4) ed il cavo (F)

all'interno dell'asola del forcellone.
LOCK
Montare il pattino catena inferiore (D)
con le viti (C) dopo aver applicato
frenafiletti prescritto. Montare il
paracalore (B) con le viti (A) dopo aver
applicato frenfiletti serrare alla coppia
di serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3) le viti
(C) ed (A).
Inserire la pinza freno posteriore (6)
sul disco freno e allinearle ai fori della
piastra portapinza.
Applicare grasso sulle viti (5) e serrarle
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Refitting the rear brake
system
In case of replacement of the brake
lines or removal of one of the rear
brake system components, it is
necessary to pay attention to proper
position of the fittings on cylinder and
caliper.
Warning
Incorrectly positioned hoses
can cause brake faults and interfere
with moving parts.
Comply with positions as shown in
the figure.
Place the copper gaskets (2) onto the
fitting to secure the brake hose onto
the caliper.
Position the fittings and then tighten
the special screws (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Note
The swingarm is shown
removed from the vehicle, but the
operations described below can be
performed with the swingarm
mounted to the vehicle.
Place the rear brake hose (4) under
the swingarm and tie it to the speed
sensor cable (F) using the clip (E).
Thread hose (4) and cable (F) through
the swingarm slot.
Install the lower chain sliding shoe (D)
and fit the screws (C) after applying
the specified threadlocker. Install the
heat guard (B). Apply threadlocker to
the screws (A) and tighten the screws
(C) and (A) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Fit rear brake caliper (6) on brake disc
and make sure holes match the ones
on caliper plate.
Grease the screws (5) and tighten to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Operations
Tighten the rear brake
