Supporto batteria

Rimuovere la batteria come descritto al
paragrafo "Batteria" di questa sezione.
Rimuovere la centralina iniezione dal
supporto batteria come descritto al
capitolo "Centralina iniezione" della
Sez. M 3.
Sfilare il teleruttore dal suo
alloggiamento nel supporto batteria e
lasciarlo collegato al cablaggio.
Rimuovere il supporto dei fusibili
regolatore e stampella laterale,
lasciando i fusibili collegati al cablaggio.
Rimuovere il supporto dei fusibili
iniezione e centralina, svitando le viti (A),

lasciando i fusibili collegati al cablaggio.
Rimuovere il relè iniezione dal
supporto batteria.
Sfilare i tubi del radiatore dalla piastra
del supporto batteria.
Svitare la vite (1) di fissaggio del
supporto batteria (2) al telaio:
recuperare il distanziale (3) nella parte
destra del supporto.
Sfilare verso l'alto il supporto, per
liberare i suoi perni (4) dai gommini
del telaio.
Per la scomposizione e la
ricomposizione del supporto (2) fare
riferimento all'esploso; in particolare
applicare frenafiletti sulla vite (5) e
serrarla alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Per il rimontaggio effettuare le

operazioni di smontaggio nell'ordine
inverso; in particolare serrare le viti (A) e
la vite (1) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C
3).

Battery mount

Remove the battery as described at
paragraph "Battery" in this Section.
Remove the injection control unit
from the battery mount as described
at chapter "Injection control unit" in
Sect. M 3.
Withdraw the contactor from its
housing in the battery mount and
leave it connected to the wiring.
Remove the regulator and side stand
fuse mount and leave the fuses
connected to the wiring.
Unscrew the screws (A) and remove
the injection and ECU fuse mount.
Leave the fuses connected to the
wiring.
Remove the injection relay from the
battery mount.
Withdraw the radiator tubes from the
battery mount bracket.
Unscrew the retaining screw (1)
securing the battery mount (2) to the
frame and collect the spacer (3)
placed at the right side of the battery
mount.
Lift the battery mount until the lugs
(4) are clear of the frame rubbers.
Refer to the exploded view drawing
to disassemble and reassemble the
battery mount (2). Pay attention to the
screw (5). Apply threadlocker and
tighten to the specified torque (Sect.
C 3).
To refit, reverse the removal
procedure. Make sure to tighten the
screws (A) and the screw (1) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
