Utilizzando lo stesso tampone inserire
gli anelli di tenuta (4) nuovi, disposti
come in sezione, accostandoli agli
astucci appena montati.
Per il montaggio dei cuscinetti a sfere
(2) è necessario disporre dell'attrezzo
cod. 88713.2409 composto da:
(A) - tampone per cuscinetto interno;
(B) - tampone per cuscinetto esterno;
(C) - perno di guida.
Introdurre un cuscinetto (2) nuovo e il
distanziale interno (3) sul tampone (A)
e posizionarlo sul lato interno del
supporto lato destro del forcellone.
Inserire il perno di guida (C) negli
astucci precedentemente montati e
inserire l'estremità nel foro interno
del tampone (A).

Portare in battuta il cuscinetto (2) sul
forcellone.
Inserire l'altro cuscinetto nuovo (2)
all'estremità esterna del tampone (A).
Contrastare con il tampone (A) e,
utilizzando il tampone (B), portare in
battuta il cuscinetto esterno sul
distanziale (3): sfilare gli attrezzi
utilizzati.
Prima del rimontaggio del forcellone

(1) è necessario lubrificare con grasso
prescritto i cuscinetti (2), gli astucci a

rullini (6) e gli anelli di tenuta (4).

Use the same drift to fit new seals (4).
Arrange the seals as shown in the
cross-section view and push them
into firm contact with the needle
roller bearings.
To install the ball bearings (2), use the
tool no. 88713.2409, which consists
of:
(A) - drift for inner bearing;
(B) - drift for outer bearing;
(C) - pilot bush.
Fit a new bearing (2) and the inner
spacer (3) on the drift (A) and place it
on the inner side of the right side
support of the swingarm.
Insert the pilot bush (C) into the
bearings you have already installed
and slip its end into the inner hole of
the drift (A).
Drive the bearing (2) fully home into
the swingarm.
Fit the other new bearing (2) on the
outer end of the drift (A).
Hold the assembly steady with the
drift (A) and use the drift (B) to push
the outer bearing into firm contact
with the spacer (3). Extract the tools.
Before refitting the swingarm (1),
lubricate ball bearings (2), needle
roller bearings (6) and seals (4) with
the specified grease.
