Bloccare lo scorrevole in morsa.
Proteggere l'estremità del tubo
portante con nastro.
Importante
Prima di installare l'anello di
tenuta (23), lubrificare i bordi di
scorrimento con olio forcella o con
grasso per tenute.
Installare i seguenti componenti nel-
lo scorrevole:
raschiapolvere (25);
anello di fermo (24);

anello di tenuta (23).
Importante
Installare l'anello di tenuta con
la superficie marcata rivolta verso il
raschiapolvere.
Installare i seguenti componenti sullo
scorrevole:
scodellino (22);
boccola di guida (21);
boccola (20).
Note
Prima di assemblare le due
21
parti, lubrificare le superfici di
scorrimento delle boccole con olio
forcella.
Montare il fodero esterno (19) e
spingere la boccola di guida (21) e lo
scodellino (22) nel fodero esterno
utilizzando l'attrezzo premi anello di
tenuta (F, cod. 88713.1096).
Spingere l'anello di tenuta (23) nel
fodero utilizzando la stessa
attrezzatura.
Installare l'anello di fermo (24) e il
raschiapolvere (25).
Importante
Il fodero esterno deve scorrere
liberamente sullo scorrevole.
Supportare esclusivamente con le
mani gli scorrevoli e i foderi esterni
per non danneggiare gli anelli di
tenuta e le boccole di guida.

Reassembling the front fork

Clamp the slider into a vice.
Tape stanchion tube end to protect it.
Caution
Lubricate sliding surfaces with
fork oil or seal grease before fitting
the seal ring (23).
Fit the following parts into the slider:
the dust seal (25)
the snap ring (24)
the seal ring (23)
Caution
When fitting the seal ring, its
marked surface should point the dust
seal.
Fit the following parts onto the slider:
the ring (22)
the pilot bush (21)
the bush (20)
Note
Lubricate bush sliding surfaces
with fork oil before assembling.
Fit outer sleeve (19) and seat the pilot
bush (21) and the ring (22) into the
outer sleeve with the special tool (F,
88713.1096).
Seat the seal ring (23) into the outer
sleeve using the same tool.
Fit the snap ring (24) and the dust seal
(25).
Caution
The outer sleeve must slide
freely along the slider. Only support
the sliders and the outer sleeve with
your hands so not to damage the seal
rings and the pilot bushes.
