Rimontaggio manubrio
Rimontare le manopole (5), con i
contrappesi (2), le bussole (7) e le
boccole (8).
Serrare le viti (6) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Applicare frenafiletti sulle viti (10).
Rimontare i cavallotti inferiori (9) sulla

testa di sterzo, serrando le viti (10) alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il manubrio (4) nella
propria sede sui cavallotti inferiori (9).
Posizionare ed orientare il manubrio in
modo che le punzonature (A) siano
equidistanti dal cavallotto inferiore ed

allineati al piano del cavallotto stesso.
Applicare grasso prescritto sul filetto
e sottotesta delle viti (3).

Rimontare i cavallotti superiori (1)
impuntando le viti (3).

Orientare i cavallotti superiori facendo
in modo che la punta delle frecce (B)
siano rivolte verso il posteriore.

Serrare le viti (3) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3), applicando la sequenza 1-2-
9
3-4-1-2, come indicato in figura.

Refitting the handlebars
Refit the grips (5) with
counterweights (2) and bushes (7)
and (8).
Tighten the screws (6) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply threadlocker to the screws (10).
Refit the lower clamps (9) to the
steering head and tighten the screws
(10) to the specified torque (Sect. C
3).
Fit the handlebar (4) into place in the
lower clamps (9).
Position the handlebar so that the
dots (A) are at same distance from
the lower clamps and flush with
clamp face.
Apply the specified grease to the
thread and under head of the screws
(3).
Refit the upper clamps (1) and start
the screws (3) in their holes.
Position the upper clamps with the
tips of the arrows (B) pointing to the
rear of the motorcycle.
Tighten the screws (3) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3), following
sequence 1-2-3-4-1-2 as shown in the
Rif Sez.
figure.
