Aprire lo sportello del vano porta
documenti agendo sulla serratura

come descritto alla (Sez. F6).
Rimuovere il convogliatore frontale,
come precedentemente descritto.
Operando nel modo descritto per la
semicarenatura superiore sinistra,
svitare le viti (24) con rosetta (23) che
fissano la parte anteriore della
semicarenatura destra al telaietto
sostegno proiettore.
Svitare le due viti (12) con bussola
(19) di fissaggio della semicarenatura

al telaio.
Rimuovere la semicarenatura
completa di sportello, sfilandola dai
pioli del serbatoio.

Sulla semicarena è montato lo
sportello del vano porta documenti (9)
con relativo dispositivo di apertura.
Tale dispositivo viene fornito a

ricambi completo e non deve essere
scomposto.
Per sostituire i componenti della
semicarenatura, procedere alla sua
scomposizione nel modo seguente
Staccare il cavo di sostegno (28) dallo
sportello svitando le viti (2).
Svitare i dadi (22) con rosetta (21) in
corrispondenza dei perni (10) di
fulcraggio dello sportello.
Sfilare detti perni e staccare lo
sportello dalla semicarenatura.
Verificare lo stato della guarnizione
perimetrale (27) di tenuta dello
sportello.

Removing the upper right
fairing
Open the glove compartment door
after releasing the lock as described
in (Sect. F6).
Remove the front conveyor as
described above.
Working as for the removal of the
upper left fairing, unscrew the screws
(24) with washer (23) securing the
right fairing to the headlight subframe
at the front end.
Unscrew the two screws (12) with
bush (19) that secure the fairing to the
frame.
Remove the fairing complete with
door easing it off the fuel tank pegs.
The glove compartment door (9) is
assembled to the fairing with its
release mechanism. The spare
release mechanism is supplied
complete and the mechanism must
not be disassembled.
If the fairing components need
replacing, disassemble the fairing as
follows.
Unscrew the screws (2) to remove
the supporting cable (28) from the
door.
Unscrew the nuts (22) with washer
(21) fitted to the door pivot pins (10).
Extract the pivot pins and separate
the door from the fairing.
Ensure that the door seal (27) is in
good condition.
