Rimontaggio scatola

Per il rimontaggio delle bobine (C) e
(D) sulla scatola filtro fare riferimento
alla Sezione M 3.
Impuntare le due colonnette (4) sulla
scatola filtro (5) e serrarle alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Applicare frenafiletti sul filetto della
presa di pressione (6) e serrare la
presa alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire il tubo drenaggio (11) nella
scatola filtro aria (5).
Verificare che le fascette (F) siano
posizionate correttamente sui
collettori d'aspirazione (G), come
mostra la figura.
Riposizionare sopra al corpo farfallato
la scatola filtro (5) completa di bobine.
Calzare il tubo (H) stepper motor alla

presa di pressione (6).
Collegare i collettori di aspirazione (G)

alla scatola filtro e serrare le fascette
(F) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire le colonnette (4) sui gommini
(8) di appoggio al telaio.

Refitting the airbox
To refit the coils (C) and (D) to the
airbox, see the relevant instructions in
Section M 3.
Start the two stud bolts (4) in their
holes in the airbox (5) and tighten to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Apply threadlocker to the pressure
take-up point (6) and tighten to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Insert the drain hose (11) into the
airbox (5).
Make sure the clamps (F) are in the
correct position on the intake
manifolds (G) as shown in the figure.
Refit the airbox (5) complete with
coils over the throttle body.
Fit the stepper motor hose (H) to the
pressure take-up point (6).
Connect the intake manifolds (G) to
the airbox and tighten the clamps (F)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the stud bolts (4) into the rubbers
(8) protecting the frame.
