Se è stato rimosso il raccordo (26),
inserire la guarnizione Or (27)
nell'apposito sede del raccordo (26),
come mostra la figura.
Applicare frenafiletti sul filetto del
raccordo (26) e serrarlo sul serbatoio
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire la guarnizione in gomma (17)

nell'apposito sede (A) della valvola di
sfiato (16).
Installare la valvola con guarnizione
nell'apposita sede del serbatoio,
posizionandola come mostra la figura.
Posizionare la piastra schiacciamento
guarnizione (18) sulla valvola.
guarnizione, della valvola e della
piastra siano perfettamente in asse
con i fori filettati del serbatoio.
Applicare frenafiletti alle viti (19).
Serrare le viti (19) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) utilizzando la
sequenza "a croce".
Montare il serbatoio recupero liquidi
(22) posizionandolo come mostrato in
figura e serrare le due viti (23) alla

coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Calzare sul tubo (24) le due fascette
16
(25) e inserire il tubo con fascette
nell'inserto portagomma del
serbatoio (22) e nel raccordo (26).
Posizionare le fascette, orientandole
come mostra la figura e serrarle alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Calzare sul tubo (20) la fascetta (21),
inserire il tubo (20) con fascetta (21)
nel serbatoio (22) e stringere la

fascetta (21).

Note
Verificare che i fori della
Refitting the breather valve and
the fluid recovery reservoir
If you have removed the fitting (26),
fit the O-ring (27) into the groove in
the fitting (26) as shown in the figure.
Apply threadlocker to the thread of
the fitting (26) and tighten it onto the
reservoir to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Insert the rubber gasket (17) into the
seat (A) of the breather valve (16).
Install the valve with seal into the seat
in the tank and position it as shown.
Place the gasket retainer (18) over the
valve.
Note
Ensure that the holes of gasket,
valve and retainer are perfectly
centered with the threaded holes in
the tank.
Apply threadlocker to the screws (19).
Tighten the screws (19) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3) in a cross
sequence.
Position the fluid recovery reservoir
(22) as shown and tighten the two
screws (23) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Slide the two clips (25) over the tube
(24) and fit the tube with the clips to
the insert mounted to the reservoir
(22) and to the fitting (26).
Position the clips as shown and
tighten to the specified torque (Sect.
C 3).
Slip the clip (21) over the tube (20),
insert the tube (20) with the clip (21)
into the reservoir (22) and tighten the
clip (21).
