Fairing
Smontaggio cupolino
mobile
Svitare le quattro viti (2) che fissano il
cupolino mobile (1) al supporto.
Rimuovere il cupolino mobile
completo di parabrezza (8) e
recuperare le guarnizioni (12).
Per sostituire il parabrezza (8), svitare
con l'apposita chiave torx le viti (9),
tenendo bloccati i dadi gommati(11)
dall'interno del cupolino.
Rimontaggio cupolino
mobile
Installare sotto alla testa di ogni vite
(9) una rosetta in nylon (10) e inserirle
nei fori del cupolino e del parabrezza
(8), partendo da quella centrale.
Inserire i dadi gommati (11) e, serrare
le viti (9) come descritto alla (Sez. C
3).
Installare sulle estremità del supporto
cupolino mobile (1) le guarnizioni (12),
facendole aderire su tutto il perimetro
di contatto.
Posizionare il cupolino mobile (1) sul
supporto e fissarlo sui due lati
inserendo dall'interno le viti (2).
Bloccare le viti (2) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Removing the mobile
headlight fairing
Unscrew the four screws (2) securing
the mobile headlight fairing (1) to the
mount.
Remove the mobile headlight fairing
complete with windscreen (8) and
collect the gaskets (12).
To change the windscreen (8),
unscrew the screws (9) using the
special torx wrench while locking out
rotation of the rubber-coated nuts (11)
from the inside of the headlight
fairing.
Refitting the mobile
headlight fairing
Fit a nylon washer (10) under the
head of each screw (9) and start the
screws into the holes in headlight
fairing and windscreen (8). Begin with
the screw in the middle.
Insert the rubber-coated nuts (11) and
tighten the screws (9) as specified in
(Sect. C 3).
Fit the gaskets (12) to the ends of the
mobile headlight fairing (1) and make
sure they adhere properly over the
whole contour.
Position the mobile headlight fairing
(1) to the mount and insert the
screws (2) from the inside to secure it
at both sides.
Tighten the screws (2) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
