Setting the Clock Display Format
To set the clock display format:
1. Choose Set Clock Display Format from the Clock Settings menu.
A pop-up window appears, listing the choices of 12- or 24-hour
format.
2. Choose the desired clock format and press ENTER.
The current clock format setting appears.
Venue•2000 has several security features. You can:
Require a person to enter a password to use the ConÞguration
menu
Change the password for the ConÞguration menu
Prohibit changes to the Dialing Directory
Prevent your system from automatically answering an
incoming video call
Automatically mute calls that are auto answered
Enable or disable the Voice Call option
The Voice Call option lets people who donÕt have
F.Y.I.
videoconferencing systems join your conferences by
telephone. For more information, see ÒConÞguring the
Voice Call OptionÓ on page 4-13.
