To display the color bars:
1. From the Setup menu, choose Test System.
The System Tests menu appears.
2. From the System Tests menu, choose Run System Exercises.
The System Exercises menu appears.
3. From the System Exercises menu, choose Generate Video Test
Patterns.
With the color bars on the screen, make adjustments to your
monitor according to the instructions in the manual provided
with your monitor.
4. Press CANCEL to stop the test.
This section discusses how to use the audio tone to adjust your
systemÕs audio.
You can make sure that the audio output of your monitor or other
speaker system is working correctly and set the volume correctly
any time the system is on and a call is not in progress. In most cases,
you can keep your monitor at the factory default settings. However,
since monitors may vary, you should adjust your monitor as
necessary to produce the best audio for your environment.
For speciÞc instructions on how to adjust your monitor, refer to the
manual provided with your monitor.
If you have the Bose speaker option (as part of the
F.Y.I.
WorldCart, System Cart 2000, or separately) on your
Venue•2000, you donÕt need to adjust the audio since it
doesnÕt go through the monitor.
