Testing Video Subsystems
To test video subsystems:
1. From the Hardware Module Self-Tests menu, choose Test Video
Subsystems.
A menu similar to the one below appears, depending on what
video sources are conÞgured on your system:
Video hardware includes:
Video processor board
30 fps accelerator board
Main camera
Document camera
Auxiliary cameras
2. Choose the video subsystem you want to test and press ENTER .
3. If you choose Test Video Sources , another menu appears listing
your video sources, such as main and document cameras. Choose
the video source you want to test and press ENTER .
Once the diagnostic software is loaded (30 seconds), these tests
take approximately 40 seconds to 2 minutes to run.
4. Note the status message when the test completes.
Test results can be either
defective component, call your PictureTel service provider.
