following screen is an example of the Set Local Numbers entry

Setting the PRI Line Automatic Rate Adaption
The
Set Automatic Rate Adaption
situations, to the channel rate that the network has actually
established for the call. Different networks transmit data at either 56
kbps (restricted channel) or 64 kbps (unrestricted channel).
If the indicator light is on, it means that all outgoing calls are
initiated at 64 kbps and the data rate is adjusted to 56 kbps if
the system detects a restricted channel.
If the indicator light is off, each time you place a call you must
choose between attempting the call at 64 kbps and adjusting to
56 kbps if requested by the network, or forcing 56 kbps
operation.
