Setting the Switch Type
The
option speciÞes the type of network switch to
Set Switch Type
which the PRI line is connected. When you select this item, another
menu appears containing the valid switch types.
Setting the Service Type
The
option speciÞes the type of service that is
Set Service Type
provided on the PRI line.
Setting the Phone Number Prefix
The
Set Phone Number
which is automatically dialed before any number you enter. For
example, if you have a PBX you may be required to dial a preÞx
number in order to access the network.
Setting the Redial on Line Drop
The
Set Redial on Line Drop
automatically attempt to reconnect after a secondary line has lost
framing. This only works if you placed the call using more than one
channel.
Setting the Local Numbers
The
Set Local Numbers
in which you must enter the local telephone numbers (and for some
switch types, the SPIDs) corresponding to each of the incoming
lines. (You must enter at least one local number.)
When you choose
