To remove an entry from the Dialing Directory:
1. From the Dialing Directory Setup menu, choose Remove a
Directory Entry.
The Dialing Directory appears.
2. Choose the entry you want to remove and press ENTER .
A pop-up window appears, asking you to conÞrm your choice.
3. Press ENTER again.
The entry is removed from the Dialing Directory.
To load a new directory from a diskette:
1. Insert the diskette that contains the directory in the diskette drive.
2. From the Dialing Directory Setup menu, choose Load New
Directory from Diskette.
A pop-up window appears that asks if you want to replace the
existing Dialing Directory with the Dialing Directory that is on
the diskette.
If you load a new directory, all current directories on the
system are overwritten. Before loading a directory, make
sure you save the existing one to a diskette.
3. Press ENTER to load the Dialing Directory from the diskette onto
the system.
The Dialing Directory from the diskette overwrites the existing
directory on the hard disk. If there is an incorrect entry in the
Dialing Directory, a message appears, the entry is skipped, and
the system continues loading the Dialing Directory.
