A message appears asking you if you want to add any more
entries.
6. Choose Yes to add more entries to the Dialing Directory or choose
No if you don't want to add more entries at this time.

Modifying an Existing Dialing Directory Entry

To modify an existing entry in the Dialing Directory:
1. From the Dialing Directory Setup menu, choose Modify an Existing
Directory Entry.
The Dialing Directory appears.
2. Choose the entry you want to modify.
Screens appear with the same information as in the Create a
New Directory screens. The current settings appear as the
default values.
3. Choose the information you want to modify on the various screens
and press ENTER .
4. Enter the new information and press ENTER . Press CANCEL if you
change your mind and do not want to modify that information.

5. When you have made all of your changes, press ENTER .
A warning message appears if an identical phone number
already exists in the Dialing Directory. Otherwise, the new entry
is added to the Dialing Directory.
