You can also connect a modem to one of the Venue•2000Õs data ports
so that a PictureTel service provider can access your system and run
tests. See ÒConÞguring Data PortsÓ on page 6-4 for information on
how to conÞgure a data port for remote diagnostics.
If you choose to attach a serial device to the Venue•2000 data port,
you must conÞgure the port to match the parameters of the device.
When you choose
Set Data Port Configuration
ConÞguration menu, you see this menu:
When you choose the data port you want to conÞgure, you see the
conÞguration menu for that particular data port.
