Testing Core Subsystems
To test core subsystems:
1. From the Hardware Module Self-Tests menu, choose Test Core
Subsystems.
The following menu appears:
Subsystems considered vital to the system are:
Fixed disk drive
Floppy disk drive
Memory
Central processor
2. Choose the subsystem you want to test and press ENTER .
Once the diagnostic software is loaded (30 seconds), these tests
take approximately 10 to 20 seconds to run.
3. Note the status message when the test completes.
Test results can be either
defective component, call your PictureTel service provider.
