on a virtual private (sometimes
called software defined) network.
Have the far-end site ask their
internal telecommunications
department for this information.
Many virtual private networks
do not permit inbound calls and
some virtual private networks
restrict OFF-NET calls (calls
outside the private network).
If you are both on the same
virtual private network and you
are still experiencing problems,
contact your network provider.
If the far-end site is on a virtual
private network and your site is
not part of the same network,
continue with the next step.

far-end site.
Have the far-end site ask their
internal telecommunications
department for this information.
If you are still experiencing
