RESOLVING PROBLEMS

If you have this symptom...
The monitor conÞguration is not
displaying snapshots or
preview video as expected.

The following table summarizes the corrective actions that you can
follow if your snapshots or preview video are not working as
anticipated.
In order to use the full snapshot and preview video
F.Y.I.
functionality you must have the following Venue¥2000
components:
ATX style electronics module
VGA Board (370-0643-01)
System software version 1.21 or higher
1. Make sure you are using the proper procedure for
displaying snapshots or preview video.
See the Venue¥2000 UserÕs Notebook for more
information.
2. Make sure that you have chosen the correct menu
settings for your desired result.
Review the menu settings for preview video and
snapshots for your conÞguration.
3. Make sure that all of the cables are correctly connected
to the proper boards.
4. Make sure that the system power cord is plugged
securely into the wall outlet and into the electronics
module.
If you still do not have preview video or snapshot
functionality, call your PictureTel service provider.
