Enabling Auto Answer Mode for Voice Calls

The
Auto Answer Voice Call
are answered automatically or manually.
Remember that if you set your system to answer calls
automatically, anyone can call your site without any action
on your part. You should carefully consider security
concerns before enabling this option.
To enable Auto Answer mode for voice calls:
1. From the System Security Settings menu, choose Voice Call
Settings .
2. Select Auto Answer Voice Call .
3. Press ENTER to toggle between on and off.
The indicator light toggles on or off. If the indicator light is on,
the system answers incoming voice calls automatically. If the
indicator light is off, the system displays a prompt for incoming
voice calls. Users must answer the call manually.

Setting Keypad Operation

When you choose
ConÞguration menu, the Keypad Operation menu appears.
Through this menu, you can choose to allow input from a speciÞc
wireless keypad or from all wireless keypads. You cannot use this
menu option with the QuickPad Ñ the Venue¥2000 always accepts
input from the QuickPad.
If you have multiple videoconferencing systems in one room, you
can set up the keypads so that they work only with the appropriate
system. You can also disable a Look-At-Me-Button if you no longer
want one of the videoconferencing systems to respond to it.
The keypad may not function properly with low energy
