Channel Loopback test from the
Loopback Tests menu.
If this test fails, the far-end site
should contact their PictureTel
service provider.
If this is successful but you are
still experiencing problems,
proceed to Step 6.
PictureTel system, verify that they
can receive a call using the H.320
standard.
Some non-PictureTel systems
require that you manually set up
the system before accepting an
H.320 video call. If the far-end
system is H.320 compatible,
verify that it can support and is
set for the video and audio
transmission formats discussed
in Chapter 2 of this guide.
If the far-end site can accept calls
using the H.320 standard and
you are still experiencing
problems, continue with the next
step.
