Working with CDRs and CODRs
This section describes system-generated daily reports consisting of call and conference
records. It also describes how to configure report formats for viewing and printing from the
management interface. The system generates the following records:
CDRs (Call Detail Records) — The system generates a CDR whenever a conference
l
participant line disconnects from the system. It identifies the conference in which the line
was included, the method by which the line was included in the conference, participant
information, and other pertinent data about a conference line. CDR data enables you to
track audio conference services used by participants for billing and auditing purposes.
CODRs (Conference Detail Records) — The system generates a CODR whenever a
l
conference (which must have a conference ID) ends and all conference lines are cleared.
It includes conference data such as start and end times, participant counts,
sub-conference and intercept conference counts, and other pertinent data about a
conference.
