The process cannot change
to the specified directory.
The directory may be
missing or have the wrong
permissions.
The process cannot open

Process had an error
attempting to read in the
.dat files.
One of .dat files had a
general write error.
A process cannot
determine the status of the
specified file.
A file cannot be moved from
one name and/or directory
to another. Permission may
be wrong, the directory may
be missing, or the name
invalid.
The specified file cannot be
opened. It may be missing
or have the wrong
permissions.
The specified file cannot be
downloaded to a DSP.
