DRP files contain up to twelve hours of digitally recorded conference dialog. DRP files are
stored in the
/usr3/confrp
DRP file names, specified by operators when they initiate conference recordings, can consist of
up to eight alphanumeric characters. DRP file names specified by moderators (in attended or
unattended conferences) can consist of up to eight numeric characters. Files names must be
unique.
The system displays warning messages in Bridge Talk as the disk fills:
WARNING: FINAL 30 minutes of digital record time!
NOTICE: Disk Full. Digital Record Stopped!
If warnings appear, delete obsolete record files to make more disk space available.
shows a DRP file listing the current recorded files and how much time remains on the hard
drive.

DRP Information in CODRs and Conference Reports

The Record (REC) and Playback (PBK) fields in Conference Reports and CODRs differentiate
between digital and analog record/playback features with the following codes:
OFF — Feature not applied
l
ANL — Analog feature applied
l
DIG — Digital feature applied
l
A/D — Both analog and digital feature applied
l
directory (on the removable hard drive or RAID5 when installed).
