About System Files
The system generates and stores the following report, log, and statistics files on the hard drive:
Alarm Report — A list of the alarms currently active on the system.

CDRs — Call detail records.

CODRs — Conference detail records.

Conference Reports — Compilation of CDR and CODR data for a conference.

Configurations — Features set by the system administrator.
l
Dial Lists — System dial lists created by the operators for use in fastdials and blastdials.

LAN Statistics — Summary of LAN usage.

Logs — Messages from all software processes used by the system, including software

errors, trunk alarms, and system information.
Modify Logs — Records of Modified In-Progress conferences.

EPV Logs — External Passcode Validation events.

Network Statistics — Counts of trunk events, such as alarms and errors, on a per trunk

basis.
Operator Printouts — Dial lists, Q&A reports, polling results, and conference status

reports generated from each operator workstation.
Record/Playback Files — Digitally recorded files stored on the system's hard drive.

Saved Roster— Audio files that include conferee information.

Tag Files — Sets of responses for particular polling questions or question types.
