Meaning

available. The channels are either in
use for other calls, still disconnecting

but all annunciators are in use for
other calls or digital conference
record/playback.
A blast/reblast has been requested
but either the blast list is empty or all
items have been deselected.
An attempt has been made to place a
channel into an annunciator
conference but there is no
annunciator playing the requested
message. This indicates an internal
processing error.
