Pre-33 PIN List file format

The first line of the pinlist.txt file contains two fields delimited by pipes (|). The first field contains
the name of a PIN list and the second field contains an exclamation point (!) followed by a

contains a specific PIN list name and the second field contains a related PIN code, as shown

The pinlist.txt may contain more than one PIN List name. For example:

PIN codes entered in the PIN list file must exist in the PIN code file. A PIN code may occur in
any number of PIN lists.
