Meaning
Indicates a T1/Call Handler state
transition error. An event has occurred
on a channel which is not defined for
the state that the channel is in. The
channel, event, and channel state are
variables. To fully understand the
meaning of the message a thorough
knowledge of the T1 and Call Handler
state machines is required.
