Pre-33 PIN Code File Format

The first line in the file specifies the format for entries. It consists of four fields delimited by pipes
(|). The first field contains an exclamation point (!). The remaining three fields each contain a
single space, as shown below:

All subsequent lines in the file consist of four fields delimited by vertical bars. In these lines,
each field contains information about a specific PIN code.
