Setting
This section identifies the numbers used to provide the
caller-id of the bridge to the far-end for ISDN.
The format for the Calling-Numbers entries is:
<entry number> <calling number>
Where:
<entry number> is a number between 1 and
l
84, inclusive.
<calling number> is any combination of the
l
digits 0-9, blank, and these characters:
( ) - , .
Note: Non-digit characters are for file readability. The
system strips non-digit characters from the input text file
when it creates the data file.
Each T3 board requires its own section and settings.
Each section heading must include the word "board"
followed by a space character and an integer from 1
through 3. Valid are sections are: <board 1>, <board
2>, or <board 3>.
Set to 0.
Set to 0
The number of the chassis slot where the card is
located. The number is printed directly above the slot.
Most T3 sites install the boards into slots 9 — 14.
Valid settings are 1— 16.

Valid settings include:
Internal. Use the internal T3 clock source.

C8A. Use the H.110 CT8A closk bus, which takes
l
it;s timing source from the network input (T1/T3
trunk).
TRUNKn where n is 1 - 28. Only one board in the
l
T3 system can have the TRUNKn setting. The
others need to be C8A.
Note: In a mixed-mode configuration you can assigned
C8A to all boards.
Valid settings include: None, C8A
