Stranded Participant Disconnect with EPV

On systems configured with EPV servers, the stranded participant feature can be enabled on a
per conference basis for both both Flex flow and default call flow conferences. When stranded
participants remain in a conference for a preconfigured number of minutes, the system plays a
prompt to enter any DTMF key to keep the conference active.
