Device manage device commands

These commands control devices that are found using device discovery. You can
use these commands after a device manage device command with no
parameters, or as global commands by preceding them with device manage
device.

description of options.)

These commands run diagnostics tests. They are available after a diagnostics
command with no parameters, or as global commands by preceding them with
diagnostics.

Perform a loopback test on the specified FC port.
The iterations parameter specifies the number of times this test is performed.
