Note: When using the NDIS driver for the iSCSI host bus adapter do not
assign the same IP address to the network interface seen by the operating
system then than the host bus adapter has got with SANsurfer or in the
BIOS Menu setup. There is no off load engine used when the iSCSI server
adapter is used together with the NDIS driver.
