Recording Your Call
To record your active call in your mailbox:
Multiline Terminal
1. Press the Voice Mail Record key (PRG 15-07 or SC 751: code 78)
You hear two beeps and your Record key flashes. The beeps periodically repeat to remind you that the call is

recording.
To stop recording, press the Voice Mail Record key again or press the End softkey. To pause recording press the

Pause softkey. You can restart and stop recording as required.
- OR -
1. Press Hold to place the call on hold.
2. Dial 654 or press flashing line key where the call resides.
The system automatically reconnects you to your call.


Single Line Telephone
1. Hookflash.
2. Dial 654.
The system automatically reconnects you to your call.

The recording continues until the caller hangs up.

Live Monitor, Answering Machine Emulation (Multiline Terminal Only)
To enable or cancel Personal Answering Machine Emulation:
1. Press the Live Monitor key (PRG 15-07 or SC 751: code 91).
When Live Monitor Broadcasts your Caller's Message, you can:
With voice mail set to Automatic Live Monitor:
Your telephone must be idle. After voice mail provides record beep to caller, the phone starts playing
audio on speaker. The telephone display softkeys change to offer Cancel selection.
1. Listen to the message as it is being recorded.
The message is automatically being recorded in your mailbox.

- OR -
To stop audio press the Cancel softkey.
The message is automatically being recorded in your mailbox.

