The host PC used as the CTI Server requires Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows Server 2003
and an interface to the IPK II system through the 3rd-party CTI link to monitor and control the telephone
activity. When installing the PC Attendant Console on multiple PCs for more than one attendant position,
the PC requires Windows XP or Windows 2000.
Conditions
The attendant telephone requires a CT(U)-R Unit installed with connection directly to the
end-user PC for the Call Recording and Personal Greeting voice functions).
If using a CT(U)-R, the unit is supported only on the ESIB(8)-U20 or ESIE(8)-U20 ETU.
Incoming calls to a virtual extension that appear on stations that are used with the CTI
applications, PC Assistant, or PC Attendant, do not show up as a second call in the CTI
application.
The CPUII( )-U10 ETU must be licensed for the CTI feature.
PC Assistant cannot dial digits while a call is in progress.
When parking calls through PC Assistant/PC Attendant, parked Intercom calls do not show.
When initiating a conference in PC Attendant, if the 3rd party hangs up before the
conference is completed, the original call no longer shows in Attendant.
If the Attendant presses the disconnect button in PC Attendant to abort a transfer, the call
shows up in Attendant as a held call. The Attendant
