Break Up the Conference But Retain the Trunk Calls:

While on an active Conference call, press Hold.

Select the line or Call Appearance (CAP) Key of the caller you wish to talk to.

Any intercom calls which are involved in the Conference are disconnected.

Dropping a Party From the Conference:

While on an active Conference call, press the line/Call Appearance (CAP) Key of the party to

retain. This action retains any intercom calls involved in the Conference.
