Use this command to specify the service port for the TELNET server. Use the
default command to return the service port to 23.
The TCP port number. TCP ports are numbered between 1 and 65535. The well-
known TCP port for the TELNET protocol is 23.
TCP-PORT 23
Global configuration
This command configures the TCP port number for the TELNET server. The
Telnet server listens on port number 23 for connection requests in the default
configuration.
This example shows how to change the service port to 3000.
Verify the settings by entering the show system protocol-state command.
