B: bidirectional mode, neighbor is using the Bidirectional-PIM Capable option.
DR: indicates the neighbor is the Designated Neighbor. If an empty string is
displayed it indicates the neighbor is not a DR.
S: State Refresh Capable. The neighbor is using the State Refresh Capable
option. This option is used only by PIM-DM.
