Verifying the License Manager and Starter services are started

On the Windows Start menu, click All Programs > Administrative Tools >
Services.

Next to CCMM License Service, verify that the Status is Started and the
Startup Type is Automatic.

Next to CCMM Starter Service, verify that the Status is Started and the
Startup Type is Automatic.

Verify that the following services are started:
CCMM Manager Client
CCMM OAM service
CCMM Outbound Scheduler
If a service is not started, in the Windows Services Control Panel, right-click
the service name, and then click Start.
Configuring the E-mail Manager service
The E-mail Manager service, if the e-mail feature is licensed in your contact
center, is started by the CCMM Starter service. You must ensure that the E-mail
Manager service is configured to start manually.
