Upgrading from SWCP Release 4.0

Restart the Data Access Layer service.
a. Click Start > Administrative Tools > Services.
b. Right-click Data Access Layer service, and then click Restart.
c. Close the Services window.

Click Start > All Programs > Nortel > Communication Control Toolkit >
NCCT 6.0 Console.
Result: The NCCT 6.0 Console appears.
