Model 2790 SourceMeter® Switch System Reference Manual
To calibrate the Model 7751/7752/7753 current source.
:cal:prot:card1:iso:step0
:cal:prot:card1:iso:step1
:cal:prot:card1:iso:data <low>, <high>
:STEP0 turns on the Isource low point, which on a Model 7751/7752/
7753 is about 1mA. The external DMM reading should be recorded for
use in the DATA command below. The Isource DAC will be set to
(1/50) * 0.8 * 65535, or 1049.
:STEP1 turns on the Isource high point, which on a Model 7751/7752/
7753 is about 50mA. The external DMM reading should be recorded.
The Isource DAC will be set to 0.8 * 65536, or 52429.
:DATA <NRf>,<NRf> sends the two readings from the DMM for the
low and high points for the Isource readings. The first parameter is the
low reading. This command is only allowed after STEP0 and STEP1
have been sent.
:CAL:PROT:CARD1:ISO:STEP0
To request the Model 7751/7752/7753 calibration constants.
:cal:prot:card1:data?
Calibration constants in comma-delimited ASCII format.
:DATA? returns comma-delimited card cal constants. For a
Model 7751/7753 card, the amps cal constants are returned first,
followed by the Vsource cal constants. A number of zeroes are also
returned; these may be ignored as they are simply placeholders within
the cal constant data structure for possible future expansion.
:CAL:PROT:CARD1:DATA?
Set source to 1mA.
Request cal constants data.
