Limits for Model 7751/7752/7753 source-current resistance verification

* Calculate limits based on actual characterized resistance values and Model 7751/7752/7753 resistance
Set the Model 7751/7752/7753 source current to 50mA as follows:
a.
Press SHIFT, CARD, then CONFIG.
b.
Select SLOT1: 7751, SLOT1: 7752, or SLOT1: 7753, then press ENTER.
c.
Select the I-C submenu, then set the current source to 50mA.
d.
Press EXIT to return to normal display.
Using the CLOSE key, close the following channels: 1, 2, 17, 18, and 21.
Set the math function to display resistance as follows:
a.
Press SHIFT then MATH.
b.
Select S1IOHMS, then press ENTER.
c.
Press EXIT to return to normal display.
Recalculate reading limits shown in
resistance value.
Verify that the resistance reading is within the limits calculated in step 6.
Repeat steps 1 through 7 for the 20mA, 10mA, and 1mA source currents, as shown
in
Table
16-15, using the indicated test resistance value for each current. Note:
close channel 24 before the 1mA source test (dry circuit ohms).
