Model 2790 SourceMeter

Verifying source-current resistance

Check source-current resistance accuracy by connecting accurate resistance values to the
Model 7751/7752/7753 and verifying that Model 2790 resistance readings are within the
specified limits.

Switch System Reference Manual
Using shielded Teflon or equivalent cables in a 4-wire configuration, connect the
Model 7751/7752/7753 Bank 1 terminals to the characterized resistor as shown in
Figure
16-19.
Install the Model 7751/7752/7753 in Slot 1 of the Model 2790, then turn on the
power and allow the unit to warm up for two hours before proceeding. Be sure the
front panel INPUTS switch is set to the REAR position.
